The delivery time for our products is most of the time listed on the shop page. So if you're unsure about the delivery time of the products you have order, you can revisit our page and check again. Our Express products are delivered within 4 to 8 working days.
The rest of our merchandise can be delivered to your doorstep within 7 to 21 working days depending on what you have ordered and the type of customisation you chose.
We always want to make sure that you are entirely satisfied with your order; however sometimes things can go wrong. Please ensure you inspect your order against your invoice, artwork visuals and should there be any problems with your order please notify us immediately. You can do this via telephone on 0333 567 1245 or via email. You can either email the person you placed the order with or firstname.lastname@example.org.
So we can rectify any problems, we may request your order to be returned back to us so that we can inspect the goods, so please do not distribute any part of the order. Once the order has been quality-checked and we have confirmed that either the product or the print is faulty, we will offer to either a) rerun the faulty portion of the order or b) give a refund equal to the value of the faulty portion of the order.
